Grandpa Sharp’s Aged Cheddar Cheese
Our Aged Cheddar Cheese has been a family recipe for many years. The cheddar is made from milk supplied by local farms at Great Lakes Cheese, 5 miles from our location, and then aged by Grandpa Sharp himself.
We are careful in the cheddar we purchase, making sure to provide a consistent, cheesy experience for our customers. The cheddar is minimally processed making it a wonderful addition to mac and cheese, great for a snack, or a tasty gift for holidays.
Our cheese ranges from mild cheddar to 10yr old cheddar. We also just introduced a new flavor called Sweet Cheddar XXX Sharp. This special new cheddar tastes like a mix of cheddar, parmesan, and sweet cheese and it a must have on your dinner table.
We ship our aged cheddar anywhere in the U.S.
Deli Meats & Cheeses
Our deli meat and cheese comes out of Lancaster County, PA from John F. Martins & Sons. We have a variety of different flavors including White Turkey Breast, Smoked Turkey Breast, Honey Maple Turkey Breast, Honey Turkey Breast, Buffalo Turkey Breast, Oven Roasted Turkey, Cooked Ham, Honey Ham, Apple Wood Smoked Ham, Ham off the Bone, Capicola Ham, Turkey Ham, Wunderbar Bologna, German Bologna, Sweet Lebanon Bologna, Smoked Lebanon Bologna, Liverwurst, Olive Loaf, Old Fashioned Loaf, Pickle & Pimento Loaf, Ham & Cheese Loaf, Mac & Cheese Loaf, Roast Beef, Rare Roast Beef, Italian Roast Beef, Pastrami, Corned Beef, Hard Salami, Smoked Slab Bacon, Double Smoked Slab Bacon, Maple Bacon, Jalapeno Bacon and more.
Our cheese section includes a variety of Swiss Cheeses, Provolone Pepper Jack, Muensters, Copper Cheese, Farmers Cheese and more.
You can order the meats and cheeses at your desired thickness and we will package it at any weight you desire.

Grandma Sharp’s Jams & Canned Goods
Our jams and jellies are very tasty and have a very distinctive fruit flavor. They make an excellent addition to your morning toast and also make a great peanut butter and jelly for lunch. We have numerous flavors including, Strawberry Jam, Raspberry Jam, Christmas Jam, Apple Pie Jam, Frog Jam, Grape Jelly, Hot Pepper Jam, Blueberry Jam, Peach Jam, Dragon Fly Jam, Elderberry Jam, Watermelon Jam, Hopping Frog Jam, Strawberry Jalapeno Jam and much more.
For the canned goods we carry Pickled Dilly Beans, Pickled Eggs, Sweet & Spicy Bread and Butter Pickles, Garlic Dill Pickles, Sweet Cayenne Pickles, Red Pepper Relish, Pickled Brussels Sprouts and more.

There’s everything you need to satisfy your sweet tooth in our candy section. Choose from a wide range of gummies, hard candies, chewy, creamy, or old-fashioned candies, as well as many sugar-free options.
Maple Syrup & Honey
Sharps Maple Syrup is a Certified Organic operation and is run by the Sharp family. It is located in Adams, NY. All our sap comes from local maple trees and is produced usually between January and April. The sap is drawn from the trees best when the temperature is around 45*F during the day and 25*F-30*F during the night. The sap is then boiled in a big evaporator to take the water out which then leaves us with the sweet product, maple syrup. It takes an average of 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of fresh maple syrup. Maple Syrup is great in coffee, tea, lattes, or on ice-cream, pancakes, or waffles. It can also be used as a natural sweetener.
The honey we carry comes from local bees in Jefferson and Lewis County, NY. Some of it comes off of our own farm. We also carry some flavored honeys including Cinnamon Honey, Orange Zest Honey, Lemon Zest Honey, and Ghost Pepper Honey. We also carry bees wax candles.

Coal & Pellets
We offer many options for your heating or cooking needs. Choose from nut or rice coal or Cubex, Force (22lb bag), or Energex (blend of 60% softwood and 40% hardwood) pellets.
